The general conditions of sale for Leor fashion products purchased through the website are limited to those contained herein. These general terms of sale shall take precedence over any other document. These general terms of sale are applicable without restriction or reserve to all the items offered for sale on the site. By submitting any order through the website, customer agrees to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.
As the general terms of sale are the subject of modifications, the applicable conditions are those in effect on the site on the day the order is placed.
All customers are informed of the lack of reliability of the internet, especially in terms of relative security in data transmission, continuity in unsecured access to the site, non-guaranteed performance in terms of the volume and speed of data transmission and virus propagation.
CREATION OF A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Placing an order via the site requires the prior creation of a customer account. Any adult customer may freely and at no charge create a customer account through the “Create an account” section. Creation of a customer account is completed by the customer by filling out the form requesting identification information. This account is strictly personal and enables an individual to log in before placing an order.
When creating the customer account, the customer enters data that allows his/her identification under his/her full responsibility, control and direction and is committed to providing complete, accurate and timely information, and not to assume the identity of a third party, nor hide or change his/her age.
During the creation of a customer account, the customer chooses his/her username and password.
If the username chosen is already assigned, the system prompts a message to choose another.
Usernames and passwords are personal and confidential. The customer is solely responsible for them.
The customer undertakes to keep his/her password secret and to not disclose it under any context and for any reason whatsoever. If it is suspected that a username and password has been used by a third party, the customer must immediately alert Leor fashion to change his/her password and/or choose to close his/her account.
Leor fashion reserves the possibility to close any customer account and refuse any sale to a customer in the following cases:
- lack of payment for one or several past orders, abuse, unfair or fraudulent use of the order service provided on the site or failure to respect any of the customer’s obligations set out in the general terms of sale.
In this case, Leor fashion will send an email to the customer concerned, via the address communicated by the latter during the creation of his/her customer account, informing the deactivation of his/her username and password and the closing of the account. The customer is informed of the fact that his/her account may be closed following the first request of the customer issued by email to Leor fashion.
The items available for sale are those appearing on the site. The offers are valid if they are visible on the site. They are offered so long as their availability is displayed on the site. Leor fashion reserves the right to remove from sale, at any time, any item present on the site and/or replace or modify any information associated with the items appearing on this site. In the event of an item’s unavailability after placing an order, the customer is notified by email and the order is automatically cancelled. The items for sale on the site are available for delivery worldwide. The characteristics of items sold on the site (photographs, graphics and descriptions of items, etc.) are purely indicative and may vary over time. They are not contractual. Only the image of the item shown at the time of the order may be taken into consideration by the customer. Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images. In the event of errors or omissions related to the description of an Item, the responsibility of Leor fashion is limited to the reimbursement of reasonable return shipping fees for the Item exposed by the customer.
All orders are subject to availability.
We only sell our retail products to final customers. Your order on our website must have no direct relationship with a business activity and must be strictly limited to your personal use.
When placing an order for the first time, you may either check in as a guest or open an account with us. Placing an order requires the registration of the customer or the logging in of the customer into the customer account.
The customer declares being at least 18 years old and having full legal capacity or if he/she is a minor, guarantees having parental permission to place his/her order. The services are generally not intended for persons under the age of eighteen (18) years (or age of majority of the individual’s relevant jurisdiction). If customers are under this age, they should not view, use, register for, or subscribe to, the website. If we learn that customers are under eighteen (18) years of age or any other majority age in their jurisdiction (or fraudulently misrepresented their age during the registration or subscription process, if applicable), we will promptly cancel your registration, or subscription, if any, and stop providing you the services.
To place an order, the customer must follow the online purchase process and click on “Order” to submit an order. The payment of the order requires the acceptance of these general terms of sale, the price of the items and the content of the order. After validation of payment, Leor fashion sends an order confirmation email to the customer. Every order is subject to the prior acceptance of Leor fashion and is not definitively confirmed until after receipt by the customer of an email confirming the shipping of the item(s). The order confirmation will include a summary of the essential characteristics of the purchased products, a detailed indication of the price and means of payment, information on delivery charges, information on the conditions and methods to exercise the right of withdrawal, including information on the return policy, the address to which complaints may be addressed, information on support services and on existing commercial terms.
If the customer does not receive an email following his/her order, he/she must contact Leor fashion customer service by email to: email@example.com. Leor fashion cannot in any case be held responsible in the event of an input error or transmission of an input error not allowing the issuance of the confirmation email and/or items. It is recommended that the customer print the order confirmation email. For any question regarding the tracking of the order, the customer must contact customer service by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The contract between Leor fashion and the customer is executed upon receipt by the customer of the acceptance and confirmation by Leor fashion of the order proposal sent through the process set out on the website. The acceptance (or the refusal) by Leor fashion shall be sent to the customer via e-mail at the address provided by the customer in the order proposal.
In case of unavailability of one or more of the ordered products, the customer will receive an e-mail duly informing him about the unavailability of the products. In this case, the order proposal will be cancelled or partially accepted only as to the available products. In case of partial acceptance, the customer shall be charged only the price of the available products.
PRICES OF ITEMS
The prices on the website are indicated in euros. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling of packages according to the amounts in effect. You will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the website at the time of your order.
Leor fashion reserves the right to modify the prices of items at any time, the items being invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the validation of each order. The price of the items invoiced is therefore that indicated during the order.
Leor fashion regularly verifies that prices of the products displayed on the website are correct; however, Leor fashion cannot guarantee the absence of errors. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, Leor fashion reserves the right, prior to delivery, to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment has been made. In such circumstances, Leor fashion shall offer the customer the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price. If the customer has already been charged for the purchase and the order is canceled prior to delivery, Leor fashion will issue a credit to customers original form of payment.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Deliveries within the United Kingdom and the Netherlands include all relevant import taxes and duties in the final purchase price. Duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout and in your order confirmation email.
Please note that deliveries outside the United Kingdom and the Netherlands may be subject to additional import duties, taxes, or delivery charges, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These may vary by destination and Leor fashion is not responsible for paying these charges. You will be responsible for paying required duties and taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties and taxes.
PAYMENT OF THE ORDER
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent to the customer by email. The order is payable immediately, by bank card (iDEAL, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay or Klarna). The customer is informed by email, once the order is shipped, that the invoice including shipping fees and applicable VAT is accessible online on the customer account. The transactions carried out on the site are entrusted to mollie pay, the secure online payment platform. They are secured by a solution that presents highly secured pages to enter payment information: card number, expiration date and the visual cryptogram. This platform encrypts then transmits this payment information to the bank, in full confidentiality and makes them inaccessible to third parties. If, for any reason, it is impossible to charge the amount due by the customer prior to acceptance and confirmation of the order by Leor fashion, the contract will not be executed, and the order will be cancelled.
DELIVERY LEAD TIMES
The items are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer in the order at the latest on the date indicated during the order and according to the country of delivery.
Leor fashion puts forth its best efforts to issue the order within a maximum lead time of 30 days and undertakes that this delivery will be carried out within 3 (three) business days as of the order.
In the event of a delay in delivery exceeding 7 business days in relation to the maximum lead time above, the customer may contact Leor fashion by email to request cancellation of his/her order within 30 business days.
The contract and therefore the sale will be considered breached upon receipt by Leor fashion of the email or letter in which the customer informs his/her decision, unless the delivery takes place between the shipping and receipt of the email or letter from the customer.
If the order would be permanently cancelled, the customer will be refunded the price paid for his/her order within 30 days of the cancellation confirmed by e-mail.
If the customer receives the package after the cancellation of his/her order, Leor fashion will refund the items and return shipping costs, upon receipt of all of them in their perfect original condition.
Each delivery is deemed completed upon provision of the package to the customer, by the carrier, evidenced by the control system used by the carrier.
If the package is damaged or if the item does not match the order, the customer must contact customer service by filling out the contact form located on the contact page of the website. The return will be within 14 days of shipping.
In case of delivery by a carrier that requires making an appointment with the customer, the carrier shall contact the customer as soon as possible to arrange an appointment for delivery, at the latest 14 days from the date of validation of the order.
Leor fashion cannot be responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the unavailability of the customer after several proposals for appointment by the carrier.
If during the same order, the delivery dates of several items differ, the delivery time is based on the latest date of the order date.
