Delivery and returns


For online purchases, Leor fashion will accept products in their original condition for a refund of the purchase price. Any product that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Returns on the products will only be honored if the label remains intact. Leor fashion reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet the above return requirements in Leor fashion’s sole discretion. You will of course be informed of this. In that case, the purchased item remains the property of the customer.

Please include your packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.

You may choose to return with your own shipping label, but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for customers.

Once we receive the item, it will be assessed by a specialist from Leor fashion. If the above conditions are met allow us within 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Your bank account will be re-credited the sum of the returned items.

As standard delivery is complimentary, we will not refund delivery costs if you choose to have the product delivered by Express or Premium delivery. We are unable to refund original shipping charges.

Refunds will always be returned to the account that was used to make the payment. For example, if you paid by iDeal, the amount will be refunded to the account used. If you have used a credit card payment, the amount shall also be refunded to that account.

Despite the great care that we give to our customers’ orders and the quality control that we carry out before each delivery, on a rare occasion you may receive an item that you did not order or that was not intended for you. In this case, to be able to return an item and receive a reimbursement, customers must, within a maximum period of 2 calendar days after their order is dispatched, complete the Return Form available in the Returns or contact Leor fashion client services by email to Once our team has provided a return label & approved the defective item, it must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the shipping label.

If a product sold by Leor fashion has manufacturing defects or in any case of alleged lack of conformity of the products sold by Leor fashion, the customer must immediately contact Leor fashion client services by email to

Any claim filed after this deadline will not be accepted and Leor fashion will be released from any liability. Customers must post their non-compliant item(s) within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, in the items’ original packaging and in the form of a parcel. Any non-compliant return shall be rejected, and Leor fashion will be released from any liability.

Return form


Products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer in the order proposal. In some circumstances and in its absolute discretion, Leor fashion may require the signature of the customer (or of a nominated adult representative) at the time of delivery. In addition, Leor fashion cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond Leor fashion’s control.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.

The Leor fashion online store offers 2 methods of delivery:

  • A standard delivery. The average delivery lead time is 3-5 working days depending on the destination.
  • Express delivery. Your package is delivered by post to your address within 1-2days excluding weekends and holidays. Deliveries take place Monday through Friday.

The costs (if any) of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website.

Leor fashion shall send to the customer a shipping confirmation via e-mail once the products are dispatched and a further e-mail once the products have been delivered. Once the package has been accepted by the post office, you can track your package at any moment on the website using the tracking number provided in your online account in the details and tracking of your order, or which was sent to you by email during your order confirmation. To estimate the total delivery time for a purchase, please allow up to two business days from the order date to process the order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by the customers preferred shipping method

If you are not home, a notice will be left by the carrier notifying you to report to your nearest post office to pick up your package.
